Karelle and the team were fantastic. Communication was excellent from the simple, easy booking process through to pick up and delivery. I was apprehensive about having people move my belongings, but they handled everything with great care, especially the more delicate items. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I had a wonderful experience with Dial-A-Mover and cannot recommend them highly enough. Moving is always stressful, but the team made the entire process feel relaxed and efficient.
A huge thank you to Maher and Manoli, who handled the physical move. They were lovely to deal with and kept the mood light while working incredibly hard. I was particularly stressed about whether my couch would fit into the lift, but they handled it with total professionalism.

Loved the service from Dial A Mover . I need 2 beds collected from 2 different locations and taken to our holiday home to replace some beds . The beds being replaced were then transported back by the team to Melbourne to 2 different locations .

Isaiah and his team were amazing. Before the move, he answered the billions of questions I had. They made our move so seamless and moved everything we had in 4 hours! We really appreciated their positive attitude and you could tell they were all very experienced with the logistics and physics of everything. Isaiah and Daniel were absolutely amazing today! Not only did they deliver awesome service, they made this process so smooth. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done. We had Maha and Roger do our move and we are more than happy with it. They were amazing, picking up large furniture like it was nothing, navigating our small apartment and then near vertical driveway plus our huge set of stairs.
They moved and disconnected our washer and dryer, our fridge and set it all back up at the new place, handling everything with care. I would recommend to anyone to use Dial-A-Mover and to check out their social media.

The two removalists we had today were both genuinely kind, hardworking professionals.
No ask was too big, and they worked their asses off for seven straight hours.
It was honestly just really nice having them be a part of the day.

We had a wonderful crew help us in a big move into our first home. They were friendly and professional, and they were so careful with handling our belongings and avoiding damages to the properties. They were also extremely quick and efficient. I can’t recommend them enough.

Don't recommend.
Removalist broke an antique draw set, beyond reasonable repair.
2 x draws completely smashed, interior rail broken, unsteady piece, all knobs scratched (or broken to bits) + lots of scratches.
Contacted the GM and he offered $150 to compensate, saying the set looked useable. (For an authentic hardwood antique, valued at $1000) It's not usable, it's a write off.
Outside provider has quoted $200 for it to be taken away, so not impressed.

We were recommended to Dial a mover by our estate agent. Highlights: Isauah and his team of 5 removalists were courteous and arrived punctually. They systematically removed all our stuff from a 3 storey residence. It was mammoth.
Improvements/suggestions:
If they could have provided boxes free of charge prior that would have been a great help. (Of course we would have to return them after),
Placing of boxes into allotted rooms had room for improvement.
But overall, more than happy to recommend Dial a Mover. Thanks guys it was a Very long day and you all soldiered on😀

What can I say, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Our other.movers Cancelled last min and these guys were happy to step in and help us move last min.

Seth and Tom were absolute lifesavers when moving us out of Brunswick. They arrived with a really warm and positive attitude, and then got to work once we ran through what needed to go. Whenever a problem came up, they were very calm and understanding in raising it with us, and always helped us find a solution. They also chatted with us and made the whole process feel very friendly too, it didn't feel like there were complete strangers in the apartment. Just want to say a huge thanks to the guys at dial a mover, I called to book giving them a couple days notice for needing a whole house move, then the night before I had to message and ask if it was ok for them to help me out with getting things to storage as my plans of having a hire truck myself got cancelled last minute and they said it was alright, big day for everyone but honestly couldn’t of done it without them or I could of it just would of taken me days not hours couldn’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done, after seeing their efficiency and worth ethics today my sister plans on hiring them for when she moves as well. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely use their services again

With my move today, I had 3 movers who were most courteous & professional, taking utmost care to wrap and secure all of my items, including antique furniture/collection.
Additionally, they were capable movers who actually worked for the full 5 plus hours without any break to deliver the service one would expect from a professional organisation.

These guys are amazing! After so many quotes to move from corio to Wyndam vale i was beginning to think door to door movers didn’t exist. Then i found dial a mover and was proven very wrong. Isaiah and his crew had my old house empty in an hour and my new house fully setup in in about the same time. Very punctual and great with communication i cannot recommend these guys enough!

I had such a great experience with Isaiah and his team. They moved our household goods and personal items from Melbourne to Sydney and the service was 5 stars. Really nice team members who worked so hard to make our move stress free. All goods were wrapped perfectly and all items arrived earlier than expected and without damages. Highly recommended !!!

Easy to organise, Isaiah provided clear explanation of the service and a accurate estimation of timing for my move. On the day the guys showed very quickly they knew exactly what they were doing and it was clear they would protect and care for my furniture throughout the move. Very hard working efficient guys that took a experienced approach to strategically loading and unloading the truck.
