Removalist broke an antique draw set, beyond reasonable repair.
2 x draws completely smashed, interior rail broken, unsteady piece, all knobs scratched (or broken to bits) + lots of scratches.
Contacted the GM and he offered $150 to compensate, saying the set looked useable. (For an authentic hardwood antique, valued at $1000) It's not usable, it's a write off.
Outside provider has quoted $200 for it to be taken away, so not impressed.
Improvements/suggestions:
If they could have provided boxes free of charge prior that would have been a great help. (Of course we would have to return them after),
Placing of boxes into allotted rooms had room for improvement.

The boys got straight into it with no breaks, had our house loaded in a couple of hours. They were very careful with fragile items and ensure everything was moved without any damage to the property or goods.
